Took the Stoops family out for a little reef fishing today. It was their first time fishing so I was hoping beginners luck was on their side. We had a decent 3 hour trip with lots of action, but we only kept enough fish for the family and released the rest. It was a great day on the water. Here on Ambergris Cay we also off an incredible “Ocean to Table” experience. Have your catch masterfully prepared by Chef Ulrich Sterling for a dinner that you’ll never forget. After all, you know the fish couldn’t be any fresher as you just harvested it from the ocean yourself.
