This morning at the New York City’s University Club, approximately 40 members were in attendance for the first annual Turks & Caicos Sporting Club at Ambergris Cay Community Association meeting with Board members Peter Pollak and Steve Schram and Club Management and Development staff Pat Worsham, Peter McKinney, Heather Allen, Jon Osnato, Dave Lloyd, Kym Greene and Christine Tamms.


The annual meeting agenda included the election of one property owner to the Community Association Board of Directors. Mark Evans was elected to the Board and will hold this position for a term of one year and be the representative for the property owners. The second agenda item was the ratification of the 2008 Association budget which was approved as prepared.


Immediately after the POA meeting, a Town Hall Meeting took place during which a development update was provided through a Power Point presentation by Peter McKinney. Questions were answered following the presentation.
The meeting adjourned at approximately 1:00pm.
