In addition to our regular menu, our new Turks & Caicos Sporting Club Chef Rich Sterling will prepare a special selection of Valentine’s Day dinner offerings at Calico Jack’s for members. On Saturday, Chef Rich Sterling along with DPS Club Management Executive Chef Jim Bouchard will join to create an extraordinary six-course wine tasting dinner to compliment the very best wines from Roessler Cellars in Sonoma and Mendocino, California. Roger Roessler, a celebrated restaurateur and wine maker from Sonoma, will be on hand to lead you and your special someone through his favorite selections while you enjoy a romantic dinner from two of our best culinary masters.

  Special Wine Tasting Dinner with Roger Roessler of Roessler Cellars
  6:00 – 6:45 Hors d’ouevres and wine reception at Calico Bar
  6:45 Dinner, inside dining room

There will also be a limited menu at the outside dining area for those not planning to attend the wine tasting dinner.
