The architecturally inspiring Welcome Center, designed by Merrill, Pastor and Colgan of Vero Beach Florida, is located right off the airport plane parking apron and will serve as the gateway to Ambergris Cay. The facility, which will be completed and ready for use in fall of 2009, will include members’ arrival and departure lounge with concierge services, permanent customs and immigrations space, pilots’ lounge, store, and business and meeting center. In a separate building, that is part of the Welcome Center complex, will be located the permanent clinic facility and administration space for Turks and Caicos Club administrative staff.
